We have performed more than 300 studies of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and published more than 70 peer-reviewed reports since 1985. Our EM&V plans and studies adhere to the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocols and the American Evaluation Association Guiding Principles including: systematic inquiry, competence, integrity/honesty, respect for stakeholders, and responsibility for the environment and general public welfare.
